Corrections and right of reply
We aim to reproduce and summarise public records accurately. Where we have not, we want to know.
If Rooftop Mortgages Limited, BCM Global, any other organisation, or any person named in a source believes a record is inaccurate or incomplete, they may contact us with supporting evidence. Corrections will be logged transparently on this page.
How to request a correction
- Identify the record, by title or reference number.
- Say precisely what is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Where possible, point to the passage in the original source, or supply the document that establishes the correct position.
Correction requests can be sent to corrections@rooftoparchive.org.
Right of reply
Rooftop Mortgages Limited and BCM Global — and any other organisation named in a record — may submit a substantive response to any record. A response received will be published alongside the record it concerns, attributed and unedited except for length and the removal of any personal data that this archive does not publish. Exercising the right of reply does not require the organisation to accept anything stated in the record.
What we will not do
- Remove an accurate summary of a published decision simply because a party disagrees with the decision.
- Alter a quotation from a source document. Where a quotation is disputed we will re-check it against the original and correct any transcription error.
- Publish material identifying an anonymised complainant, whether supplied by a complainant, an organisation or anyone else.
Where a record is under review following a correction request, the record itself is marked as such so that readers can see the position before the review concludes.

| 2026-09-02 | Intensity Holdings S.A. v Stratton Mortgage Funding 2019-1 Plc & Ors [2023] EWHC 104 (Ch) | This archive previously recorded that Rooftop Mortgages Limited was not a party to this judgment and that the word “Rooftop” did not appear in it. A reader identified that as wrong. | The judgment was re-retrieved and read in full from the National Archives Find Case Law service. Rooftop Mortgages Limited is the fifth defendant, and paragraph 12 records that Rooftop holds the legal title to certain residential mortgages previously securitised by Stratton. The incorrect entry has been removed from the verification register and the judgment is now published as a court record. |
